- Replace dated light fixtures

General:
- Replace HVAC air filters
- Test and fix windows

- Patch and paint damaged drywall
- Add a key-less lock to the front door
Outside:
- Remove weeds and spray to prevent new weeds
- clean out old plants
- Spray cleaner to patios to remove moss

Rates:
We are starting the year off strong with competitive rates.
Half day (4 hours): $380 + Materials
Full day (8 hours): $760 + Materials
If additional time its requested or need it will be billed at $90 per hour billed in half hour increments
Sample 4 hour day*:
- Caulking 2 bathroom showers
- Run drain cleaner down 2 sinks and 2 Showers
- Caulking kitchen backsplash
- Replace HVAC air filters
- Replace light bulbs
- Remove weeds and spray for preventative weeds
- Tighten cabinet doors
Sample 8 Hour day*:
- Caulking 3 bathroom showers
- Run drain cleaner down 3 sinks and 3 Showers
- Caulking kitchen backsplash
- Replace HVAC air filters
- Replace light bulbs
- Remove weeds and spray for preventative weeds
- Tighten cabinet doors
- Install key-less entry system
- Replace bathroom hardware (2 bathrooms)
- Swap 2 light fixtures
